All fees for Services are outlined in the applicable service agreement or proposal. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By engaging our Services, you authorize FALZOH, LLC to charge the agreed fees to your designated payment method.
All fees are due as specified in your service agreement. FALZOH, LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate Services for overdue accounts.
Due to the nature of digital services and the resources committed upon engagement, all sales are generally final. FALZOH, LLC does not offer refunds as a standard policy. However, refund requests will be considered on a good-faith basis at the sole discretion of FALZOH, LLC. Approval of any refund request is not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FALZOH, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any materials, systems, frameworks, or deliverables created by Falzohs during the course of providing Services to a client remain the intellectual property of FALZOH, LLC unless explicitly transferred in writing via a separate agreement.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and access to necessary resources to enable Falzohs to perform the Services. FALZOH, LLC is not liable for delays or underperformance resulting from a client's failure to fulfill these responsibilities.
Falzohs does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to lead volume, revenue growth, or close rates. Results depend on multiple factors outside of our direct control, including client-side execution, market conditions, and traffic quality.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FALZOH, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to any client for any claims arising from or related to the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by that client to FALZOH, LLC in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FALZOH, LLC, its members, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business strategies, client data, financial information, and any materials marked as confidential. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
FALZOH, LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
